So I am going to attempt to get myself to a healthy weight. Its no secret that I am not at a healthy weight and basically love to eat everything in sight. This is all gonna change. I will be eating better and eating less and exercising more. So, if we're hanging out and I try to eat something unhealthy, feel free to hit me. For anyone else who is on a weight loss quest I recommend the website http://myfitnesspal.com because they count everything for you and keep track of all exercise and calorie intake. They also have an android app if you have a droid. (They probably have an iPod or iPhone app as well though.) Wish me luck!
